A warm winter welcome

Wintry reflections on the Lily Terrace

Frosty morning on the Lily Terrace

Welcome to the very first Bodnant Garden blog, where we invite you in on our ‘paned’ (Welsh cuppa time) to share behind-the-scenes musings from gardeners, students, volunteers and other team members. Whether it’s advice on pruning the Bodnant way, what’s Looking Good in the garden, anecdotes from the daily round of muck raking (sorry, not that kind of muck raking) or tasty tips from the tea room, we hope our offerings give you a flavour of life here at a world class and much-loved National Trust garden.

It’s a really exciting time for us and, we hope, visitors as we get ready to launch our first ever winter season opening on December 27th… when we’ll be unveiling our new Winter Garden and special Winter Walk. Watch this space!
